2 – How do I earn points?

First order: You get 50 bonus points.

With your purchases: €1 spent on our website = 1 loyalty point.

3 – When are my loyalty points credited?

Your loyalty points are credited when the status of your order changes to “Delivered“. If you placed an order before signing up, you won’t be able to retrieve the loyalty points for that order. If your points are not credited within 72 hours after your delivery, contact us.

4 – How do I use my loyalty points?

Upon reaching 300 points, you will receive a discount coupon valid for 1 year, worth €25, usable on the entire website www.ericson-laboratoire.com.

The point balance will reset to 0 once the 300-point threshold is reached. Example: you have accumulated 360 points, you will receive a discount coupon, and your new point balance will be 60.
